Publication Policy

  • The researcher will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their research within one month from the date of submission, after evaluation by three anonymous reviewers chosen by the Editor-in-Chief. If there are any formal or substantial revisions needed, the researcher will be informed by the journal.
  • If there are grammatical errors in the research, it will be returned to the researcher for linguistic and grammatical correction before publication.
  • The views expressed in the research reflect the scientific and personal opinions of the researcher and do not necessarily represent the journal’s views.
  • Post-Publication Policy: The journal ensures communication between researchers and published authors via the editorial board’s email to guarantee intellectual and ownership rights of the authors.
  • The researcher must provide a written declaration stating:
    • The research is not derived from a dissertation or thesis that does not belong to them.
    • All co-researchers have their intellectual and research rights respected.
    • There is no objection from co-researchers (if any) to publish in the Tasnim International Journal of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Legal Studies.
    • There is no conflict of interest with other researchers, and no rights infringement on colleagues in the same field as the author.
    • The research does not infringe on the rights of groups, sects, minorities, or religions.
    • The plagiarism rate of the research does not exceed 20%; the journal will contact the researcher if the rate is higher than allowed.
    • The research has not been previously published and has not been submitted to another journal for publication.
    • Intellectual and research ownership belongs to the researcher and co-researchers (if any).
    • The researcher bears legal responsibility in case of any academic misconduct.
    • All scientific and personal opinions expressed in the research are those of the researcher and do not represent the journal’s positions.
    • The researcher will not claim processing or publication fees after receiving acceptance or withdraw the research post-publication or if it is rejected by the reviewers.
    • The researcher has read and agrees to abide by the publication conditions and guidelines.
