This study has delved into the core nature of these discourses and means of communicating the goals that puppet theater seeks to achieve, so it has dealt with the specificity of this Theater in terms of content and form that are compatible with the goals that theater seeks to achieve, and through attempts at specialized cognitive surveys of cognitive research that dealt with the subject of puppet theatre, as well as drawing lines of interaction with theater data in its general form, it became clear that puppet theater with its modern origins and ways of dealing with dramatic topics And his desired goals, he took advantage of the aesthetics and communication factors of theater through which he formulated its expressive boundaries and means of communication with the child, and thus drew his own goals in the discourse directed by the expressive and artistic means that are compatible with the nature of this art. The first chapter included (the methodological framework), which included the research problem (and the importance of design between form and purpose in puppet theatre), the importance of research and the need for it, its objectives, its limits, and the definition of terms and their procedural definition. As for the second chapter (theoretical framework), it included two sections: The first topic: (The concept of shape in doll design) and the second section: (The psychological objectives of doll design), dealt with the indicators that resulted from the theoretical framework and previous studies. As for the third chapter, the researcher carried out an applied study in designing a doll, as she relied on the indicators of the theoretical framework in its design. As for the fourth chapter, the results were presented and discussed according to what emerged from the design of the doll, and then the conclusions, and in light of the conclusions, the researcher formulated her recommendations.
براء شكيب اكرم Copyright (c) 2024 Tasnim International Journal for Human, Social and Legal Sciences https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://tasnim-lb.org/index.php/ijhs/article/view/251 Fri, 15 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0000 The Character of the Prophet Muhammad in Objective Exegesis (A Comparative Study Between Allama Ja'far Sobhani and the Thinker Samih Atif Al-Zein) https://tasnim-lb.org/index.php/ijhs/article/view/252
The distinguished scholar Sheikh Ja'far Al-Subhani and Dr. Samih Atif Al-Zein are among the prominent scholars who have made significant contributions to the scientific discourse in the field of thematic interpretation. This research is an attempt to conduct a comparative methodological study of the approaches used by Sheikh Ja'far Al-Subhani and thinker Samih Atif Al-Zein in their approaches to thematic interpretation. The researcher relied on the inductive method in this study by collecting the views and concepts expressed by both esteemed scholars on the thematic interpretation of the Prophet's character and biography through their prominent works, "Concepts of the Qur'an" by Sheikh Ja'far Al-Subhani and "Thematic Interpretation" by Samih Atif Al-Zein. The study covered what these two scholars wrote on thematic interpretation, including the doctrinal, behavioral, and political dimensions of the biography of the noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). The research also addressed the points of agreement between the two scholars, Al-Subhani and Samih Atif, who concurred that the personality of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) originates from a methodology of self-purification and the building of a legitimate family characterized by noble origin and enduring dignity, which upholds the honor of Muslims and prevents humiliation. His heavenly justice combats oppression and corruption, promotes affection among Muslims, respects others, and honors humanity.
شكرية سادات صفدري, عذراء جاسم عبد مكصوصي Copyright (c) 2024 Tasnim International Journal for Human, Social and Legal Sciences https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://tasnim-lb.org/index.php/ijhs/article/view/252 Fri, 15 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Protecting children from domestic violence A comparative study of Iraqi laws https://tasnim-lb.org/index.php/ijhs/article/view/253
The family is considered the nucleus that supports society with new members through its formation of children and their correct upbringing. Childhood is one of the most important stages of a person’s life and has a great impact on preparing and developing his personality. It was and still is the focus of attention of laws and laws, so caring for it means caring for society, and the phenomenon has spread. Domestic violence in human societies, due to poor social and moral issues, is one of the ugliest and most dangerous types of violence due to the deprivation of rights and loss of personalities that it causes, despite the absence of anything deterring this type of violence. However, Islamic and positive legislation prohibited it, criminalized it, and developed special methods to prevent its spread. The study emphasizes that the constitution is an expression of the state’s sovereignty and independence in choosing a system of governance that meets the aspirations of its people without external interference, while adhering to modern international principles and requirements. As international law has evolved, sovereignty has become a relative concept, transitioning from absolute sovereignty to one conditioned by responsibilities towards citizens, security, and international peace. The principle of non-intervention is no longer the inviolable principle it once was; instead, it has become more flexible, influenced by international changes and developments such as the protection of human rights, the promotion of peace, and the defense of legitimate governments. These factors have sometimes justified intervention in the internal affairs of other states to prevent the escalation of international crises. The research employs an analytical approach and is divided into two main sections: the first addresses the nature of the principle of constitutional independence, and the second discusses the principle of non-intervention in internal affairs and its direct connection to constitutional independence. The study concludes with several findings that affirm the right of states to exercise their internal sovereignty while considering international responsibilities.
فيصل صادق توفيق, خاموش عمر عبدالله Copyright (c) 2024 Tasnim International Journal for Human, Social and Legal Sciences https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://tasnim-lb.org/index.php/ijhs/article/view/255 Fri, 15 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0000 العنوان (مصطلح الساعة في القران الكريم (دراسة تحليلية نقدية) https://tasnim-lb.org/index.php/ijhs/article/view/256
It highlights the concept of the Qur'an, interprets some of the specific criteria for understanding the Qur'an and non-arbitrariness in the interpretation, and works to show the semantic evolution of the Qur'an, which is the evolution that makes us independent of others in explaining the meanings of the words and phrases in it. And did you act on the formulation of this in a methodological proposal that confirms the structure of the divine text? Al-Qur'anic words are used as semantic units in this text. And this is the verbal entry for understanding, which is the basis for starting the interpretation of the entire text. The executive level is now based on the cases of the Qur'anic word, because the Qur'anic meanings will be represented by all the cases, and the linguistic context will be subject to the attributes of the denotative word. And so, it is a way to discover all the qualities that are hidden in the language. And the context in Manhajna, the extended context goes beyond the one position to all the positions of the word, and this extends to the direction of unity of signification without multiplicity. And words from the cases of use, from the semantic determinants of the word, the place of study, and the accompanying words. I have monitored the search for the word "hour", and focused on the synthetic relationships of attribution, belonging, addition, addition, etc. And the result of this is that the name of the hour is associated with the verbs al-Majji, al-Ityan, and al-Qiyam, and the hour can be seen with the eyes of the al-Majij, and it is an object in the world, and there is a question and fear of things, it is a matter of punishment, and there is no room for fleeing or delaying. This theory is considered one of the important theories in the field of applied linguistics. The theory of semantic fields is based on the idea that language and discourse constitute a semantic field consisting of a group of semantic entities and the relationships between them. The aim of this theory is to understand semantic interactions and implicit and structural meanings in texts and analyze them in a systematic and organized manner. This research aims to provide an overview of the theory of semantic fields in the Arabic language and to understand its concept and importance in understanding the Arabic language and texts. The concepts and terms associated with this theory will be discussed. We will demonstrate its application in Al-Ilbiri's poetry through the poetic texts that we will analyze according to the data of the theory.
إيمان محمد خلف مرهاش النمراوي, سليمان شهيد معوض Copyright (c) 2024 Tasnim International Journal for Human, Social and Legal Sciences https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://tasnim-lb.org/index.php/ijhs/article/view/257 Fri, 15 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Child Rights in Islamic Law and the Amended Iraqi Personal Status Law of 1959 (From Before Birth to the Age of Two) https://tasnim-lb.org/index.php/ijhs/article/view/258
This research aims to highlight the rights of the child in Islamic law and the amended Iraqi Personal Status Law of 1959 across three different stages: the pre-marriage stage, the stage of fetal development, and the stage after birth up to the age of two years. This is because the rights of the child in both Islamic law and secular law do not begin only after birth; rather, the child should enjoy rights at various stages before birth. Therefore, we find that religious texts emphasize the necessity of creating a stable family environment for the child before marriage by encouraging young people to carefully choose their life partner based on religion and ethics. After marriage and the conception of the fetus, Islamic law and secular law recommend preserving the life of the fetus and ensuring that the mother's environment is stable and comfortable for the child's development. This can be achieved by maintaining the mother's physical and psychological health, as the deterioration of the mother's health harms the fetus. After birth, once again, religious and legal texts protect the rights of the child and emphasize the full importance of their rights both materially and morally. In this research, a comparative descriptive-analytical approach was used. The content of the research has been divided into three different sections, each devoted to discussing the most important rights and needs of the child during the three stages mentioned above. In the end, the conclusion and results are presented.
خالد جلال محي الدين, سروت أحمد عثمان Copyright (c) 2024 Tasnim International Journal for Human, Social and Legal Sciences https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://tasnim-lb.org/index.php/ijhs/article/view/258 Fri, 15 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0000 The paradox of rhetorical structures In the poetry of Walid Al-Sarraf https://tasnim-lb.org/index.php/ijhs/article/view/259
Rhetorical paradox is of interest to scholars in the rhetorical and critical fields, as it is a creative culture that indicates the skills of poets in their artistic and aesthetic preparations, and the poet is the one who employs those mechanisms that achieve the poetics of the text and its literary uniqueness in the midst of grammatical, rhetorical, and critical studies. We focus the research on paradox in rhetorical structures, sentence grammar, and related matters. With the knowledge of meanings, it investigates the creative influence that influences the recipient from the vertical poetic texts in the modernist poem, if we know that the poet is one of the poets of the poetic column. Despite the presence of some free texts, his collections are vertical with distinction. Irony in the rhetorical structure carries semantic and intellectual implications with its past emotional outbursts and twists that dazzle the reader and lure him into creative participation with the poem’s loads of astonishment, astonishment, alienation, astonishment, breaking of expectation, surprise, impression, surrender or acquiescence, from a significance that can be deduced fro m the sarcastic, sarcastic, dazzling, or rebellious text. The researchers use the analytical descriptive approach and a questionnaire to achieve the aims of the study. The questionnaire consists of (40) items distributed into four styles (A1- guidance, A2 - training, A3 - support, A4 - authorization). The whole population includes (655) male and female teachers of English and the study sample includes (100) male and female teachers; (50) males and (50) females from the General Directorate of Education of Baghdad, Al-Rusafa 1. It is found out that styles (A1 and A3: guidance and support) are statistically significant in the mean score of the sample; i.e., English language teachers have a high level of class management by guiding and supporting their students whereas the statistical significance of styles (A2 and A4) goes to the hypothetical mean score, i.e. the two styles of training and authorization are weakly applied by those teachers. The researchers recommend the Ministry of Education and the General Directorate of Curricula to take into consideration embedding the curricula with various activities that focus on empowering learners' mental capabilities in order to acquire practical skills suitable for their life.
Muayyad Naji Ahmed, Mohammed Amir Jameel, Sabah Mehdi Rmaid Copyright (c) 2024 Tasnim International Journal for Human, Social and Legal Sciences https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://tasnim-lb.org/index.php/ijhs/article/view/260 Fri, 15 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Cognitive Linguistics: A Brief Overview of the Key Elements https://tasnim-lb.org/index.php/ijhs/article/view/261
A contemporary multidisciplinary approach to language called cognitive linguistics which aims to comprehend the relationship between language and the mind. Although widely known, up until now, no work has studied and compared the employment of appraisals in such discourses. For this purpose, Martin and White’s (2005) theory on appraisal is used as the model to show quantitively and qualitatively the evaluative language employed in these discourses in terms of the attitudinal resources, their polarity and graduation. This study shows that inscribed rather than evoked appraisals feature in all these discourses and that appreciation and affect are the mostly used attitudinal resources in them. It is also found that, unlike the comments and reviews that tend to contain both positive and negative appraisals, the adverts and posts are entirely positive in their appraisals. Finally, although these discourses are found to be evaluative, ungraduated evaluations characterise the adverts, posts, and comments compared to the more graduated appraisals in reviews.
Maryam Mahmood Hikmet Al-Attar Copyright (c) 2024 Tasnim International Journal for Human, Social and Legal Sciences https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://tasnim-lb.org/index.php/ijhs/article/view/263 Fri, 15 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0000
