Abstract

The research dealt with an important part of the internal structure of the village, due to its effective contribution to rural development, which is part of the regional development of any of the state's governorates, especially Anbar governorate, which is the largest governorate of Iraq. The research dealt with the characteristics of the natural study area in terms of location, composition of the surface of the land, soil, climate, terrain and height from the surface of the earth. The activities that contribute to the installation of the parts of the village, including community and central services, as well as agricultural services in both parts, animal husbandry, agriculture and roads, were discussed, and the analysis of those data to represent the reality of the situation through the use of statistical means. The most important conclusions are that the study area takes a longitudinal form with a statement Patterns of rural settlement in the village, which took a linear pattern and a dispersed pattern.
