Abstract

The difference of jurisprudential rulings in some issues has scientific reasons that necessitated it, and this is from the mercy of God to His servants, who expanded for them the circle of deduction of rulings from the legislative texts to be a jurisprudential wealth that makes the taxpayers in the capacity of their affairs, and this is a brief research I called “Jurisprudential rulings in light of life variables” I hoped not to Abusive abbreviation, not boring lengthening, contains a definition of jurisprudence rulings, new developments in language and idiomaticity, and an explanation of the contradictions of jurisprudence rulings regarding political changes. The research deals with the rules of the jurist and his role in the face of political variables, then this study deals in its first section, the definition of social variables and their impact on jurisprudential rulings. And the means of protecting the economy from them, so it is a demand in the legitimate purposes in light of economic changes, and in the last requirement of the research is a statement of the impact of health variables on jurisprudential rulings, and the research concludes with a conclusion containing the most important conclusions.
