Abstract

Al-Sama’ani (may Allah has mercy on him) has interested in various types of interpretation in his book (interpretation of the Qur’an, according to his capability and great knowledge he has taken the rule of 'The Presumption of Apparent Meaning' and indicates the verses that they were sentenced apparently and showed the scientists from violators and approvals. Imam Al-Sama’ani (may Allah has mercy on him) was not stopped with a particular doctrine in apparent meaning while he based on the right curriculum. He dealt with the rule of 'The Presumption of Apparent Meaning' and used it in his interpretations so he supported some statements and rejected others. To mention the examples of Imam Al-Sama’ani’s interpretation apparently and a statement of the opinions of whom agree with him and the opinions of disagree with a statement of the most correct opinion according to the agreement of the majority of scientists. The definition of preponderance and deduction, and take applied examples of the Presumption of apparent meaning to each one of them. The Presumption of Apparent Meaning is one of the common issues between fundamentalists and scholars of religious sciences, and neither of them was exposed to these issues much rather, their exposure to it was easy, despite its extreme importance. Therefore, the researcher recommends the following: The study of The Presumption of Apparent Meaning according to Al-beidhawy. The study of The Presumption of Apparent Meaning according to Hasan Qunachy.
