Digital Learning: Steps to Achieve Its Role According to the Algerian Socio-Cultural Policy
Abstract
This study was designed to investigate Algeria's reality and cultural diversity. Digital learning necessitates not just a technological infrastructure but also a cultural framework that embraces digital technology rather than fighting it out of fear of change or falling prey to Western culture. The paper outlines the 2003 Geneva Information Summit's worldwide goals as a global platform that emphasizes the necessity for society to move toward digitalization. We sought to concentrate on the goals of capacity growth, cultural diversity, cultural identity, and communication ethics. As a result, a realistic plan has been devised that lays the groundwork for everyone to benefit from enhanced digital learning. In explaining the Algerian situation, the research relied on worldwide indices. The study relies on global indicators in its explanation of the Algerian reality, and the strategy is focused on practical and procedural steps that secure the dedication of digital learning in the structure of society.
