Abstract

The study aimed to define the extent of the impact of administrative decision-making methods on the performance of accountants and auditors in their drive to develop work by knowing the relationship between the dimensions of the effectiveness of decision-making and measuring the performance of accountants and auditors and measuring the direct impact between the study variables on the effectiveness of decision-making، and the research problem was not to involve auditors and accountants In the process of making administrative decisions because the administrative leaders follow the methods that limit this، which affects their performance and their motivation in work and development، and on this basis، the subject of the impact of administrative decision-making methods on the performance of accountants and auditors will be studied in their rush to develop work in the Diwaniyah Municipality Directorate، and to achieve the goals The research was divided into four chapters.
