The current research aims to explore the role of strategic awareness, encompassing its dimensions of actual strategic awareness, external strategic awareness, perspective strategic awareness, and internal strategic awareness, in enhancing green quality management within the researched organization. The study adopted a descriptive approach through distributing a questionnaire to the opinions of a sample of employees at the Joud Technology Company, totaling 68 employees. An hypothetical model was constructed to study the research hypotheses, and practical analysis was conducted using a set of statistical tools appropriate for the research objectives. The statistical package Smart PLS was utilized for analysis. The research yielded several conclusions, among which is the strong consensus among the study sample that strategic awareness enhances green quality management. One of the key recommendations emphasizes the necessity of developing and leveraging tasks assigned to employees to be executed without pressure, within a strategic framework that encourages creativity, innovation, and promotes sustainable thinking and environment, thereby enhancing green quality management within the researched organization.
