Human Security Determinants in Thi Qar Governorate: A Case Study of Intellectual Security

The foundations of the power of states are multiplied based on their natural and human resources and ways of investing them in a way that achieves development and internal stability that is reflected in their relations, geopolitical strength and influence internationally. The people are able to take their vital role. The requirements of human security must be fulfilled for them, including intellectual security, which will be dealt with in this research through three sections. The first of which dealt with the definition of human security, and the second dealt with the elements of human security. Dhi Qar Governorate located in southern Iraq as the study area, then conclusions and proposals.
